How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days nationwide. Express delivery (Gauteng only) is 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available on request. Contact us with your location and we'll provide a quote.

Are your records new or used?

All records in our store are brand new and factory sealed unless specifically listed as used or open-box.

What condition will my vinyl arrive in?

We ship all records in custom mailers with corner protectors. Every record is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Can I return a record?

Sealed records can be returned within 14 days. Opened records can only be returned if defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently, but we're working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when gift options launch.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status through Shopify.

Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! Contact us through the contact page with details about what you're looking for and we'll put together a quote.
