Terms of Service

1. General

By accessing and using Vinyl Touch SA (vinyltouchsa.co.za), you agree to these terms of service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. Product images are representative; actual vinyl colour and packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through Shopify Payments. Orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to cancel orders if items are no longer available.

4. Shipping

We ship nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over R500. International shipping is available on request. All records are shipped in protective mailers with corner protectors.

5. Returns & Refunds

Sealed vinyl records may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened records can only be returned if defective. Contact us at hello@vinyltouchsa.co.za to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vinyl Touch SA and protected by South African copyright law. Audio previews are provided for promotional purposes only and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vinyl Touch SA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.
