Tell us what you have — artist, title, condition, and photos. We'll review your submission and agree on a selling price together.

Ship To Us

Once we agree on terms, ship your records to our Johannesburg location. We cover shipping on consignments of 5+ records.

We List & Sell

We photograph, grade, and list your records in our store. Professional product pages, real buyers, and our trusted reputation behind every sale.

Get Paid

When your record sells, you get 75% of the sale price via EFT within 48 hours. We keep 25% as our commission. Simple.

We Accept

We Don't Accept

  • ✗ Warped, broken, or heavily scratched records
  • ✗ Records without sleeves
  • ✗ Bootlegs or counterfeit pressings
  • ✗ CDs, cassettes, or other formats

Commission Structure

Vinyl Condition Standards

We use the Goldmine grading standard

M
Mint— Perfect, unplayed. Still in shrink wrap.
NM
Near Mint— Nearly perfect. Played once or twice with care.
VG+
Very Good Plus— Light marks but plays without skipping or distortion.
VG
Very Good— Surface noise evident, light scratches. Still plays without skipping.
G+
Good Plus— Plays through but with noticeable surface noise and wear.
G
Good— Significant wear. Plays but not ideal for serious listening.

Common Questions

How much will I get for my records?

You set the asking price, we'll advise if it's realistic. You receive 75% of the final sale price. A record that sells for R400 nets you R300.

How long does it take to sell?

Popular titles and genres (house, jazz, amapiano) typically sell within 1-2 weeks. Niche records may take longer.

Can I consign a whole collection?

Absolutely! We love bulk consignments. For collections of 20+ records we offer free pickup in Johannesburg.

What if my record doesn't sell?

If a record doesn't sell within 60 days, you can collect it (at no charge) or we'll donate it to a community music project.

Do I pay for shipping to you?

You cover shipping for under 5 records. For consignments of 5+ records, we cover the shipping cost.
